We are seeking an enthusiastic individual with excellent communication skills to provide customer services support within the Business Unit. The post holder will act as the first point of contact for the general public contacting both Children & Families and Regulatory Services.
As the team works in a bilingual area the ability to communicate in both Welsh and English would be essential.
You will need good experience of IT applications, and excellent organisational and listening skills.
You will have been educated to GCSE or equivalent standard and have the drive and energy to ensure a high quality service. A high level of integrity, confidentiality and undertsanding of data protection is required owing to the sensitive nature of the Services supported.
