We are looking for someone who can communicate well with customers, colleagues and other agencies.
The key duties of the post holder will be to assist in the recovery of overpaid Housing Benefit by issuing invoices / reminders and negotiating with debtors to gain settlement of the amounts outstanding.
Experience of dealing with the public and the use of computer technology are essential for this role.
The ability to communicate through the medium of English is essential.
The ability to communicate through the medium of Welsh is desirable.
