Work base: Llys Elian, Colwyn Bay
Llys Elian is a residential home for older people with Dementia, there are three permanent living houses, one respite house and a day centre.
We are looking to appoint an admin assistant on a permanent basis.
This is an exciting and challenging opportunity for the right person to join the busy and dynamic team supporting Older people Services in Conwy County.
The 37 hour contract will comprise of working Monday to Friday. The right candidate will have excellent reception and administrative skills, good organisational ability, will be adaptable, and be able to demonstrate experience of operating at this level. Also, to be considered for this role you will need to have a high level of integrity, calm under pressure and have close attention to detail.

Every day will be different - you will be meeting and greeting people, setting up meetings and arranging meeting rooms, managing calls and emails, taking minutes at meetings, dealing with office duties including inputting data, managing data systems, processing timesheets, preparing letters and much more.
