Owing to service development within the Business Performance & Finance Service we are seeking a job share arrangement for our Business Co-ordinator: Social Care/H&S & Facilities role.
This is a fantastic development opportunity and as this is a new arrangement, it is being offered initially for a 6 month period with a view towards permancy following review. Expressions of interest in a secondment are welcomed; internal officers interested will need to discuss with their line manager ahead of an application.
The role:As one of the biggest employers in the area, we want you to join a service area focused on continuous improvement and delivering high quality, professional business support provision across all Social Care teams.
Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:- Leading and managing Business Support Teams- Evaluating operational business processes- Promoting excellence in practice and a culture of open communication- Data Protection compliance- Management of buildings and facilities- Act as the service link officer on Health and Safety matters
About you:You will need to provide a proficient, reliable and consistent support service in respect of administrative support to front line services.
This is a role that will suit you if you can demonstrate being an organised and motivated person with a great eye for detail and with an interest in developing initiatives that enable the department to deliver efficient services to the people in Conwy.
You will be creative, proactive and have initiative and an ability to generate ideas.
