Support workers
have a massive impact on the lives of the people they support. You can help us to make a difference to the lives of people who have a disability here and now.
We support people who have a disability across Conwy to live as independently as possible in their own home, to access community based activities or supporting in Day Services. That means listening to them, understanding what they like, and supporting them to make decisions and achieve the things they want to achieve.

We welcome non-Welsh speakers, Learners as well as fluent Welsh speakers to apply. A good standard of spoken English is required to communicate with service users.
